Your Holistic Health Specialist
Sarah's journey into natural medicine and healing began in her mid-twenties when she was diagnosed with clinical depression. After losing her mother to a brain tumor at 17, with no family support, Sarah turned to a life largely of drinking and partying as a way of coping with the pain she desperately avoided feeling. Guided by Louise Hay's 'You Can Heal Your Life', Sarah took the steps she needed to heal and succeeded in pulling herself out of that dark period.
Inspired to help others, Sarah went on to earn diplomas in Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Yoga Teaching, and Yoga Therapy. Her education didn't stop there; while working as a Naturopath, she continued to train in various modalities, including Aromatherapy, Crystal Therapy with Kyle Gray, Soul Guidance & Sacred Mentoring with Alana Fairchild, Psych-K, Angelic Reiki, The Master Keys and Live Blood Analysis. Sarah has since culminated these modalities and developed a heart-centered approach she calls Quantum Fusion Healing.
In addition to her healing work, Sarah has raised and homeschooled her two daughters, transformed land with a tractor shed into a three-bedroom home, and worked part-time at Northland Regional Correctional Facility, where she had 40 men under her wing, teaching yoga, performing arts, and running the Tuakana Teina mentoring program. She also facilitates workshops at festivals, teaches Angelic Reiki and holds Wild Woman Rising Sacred Circles both online and in her community of Whangarei.

Quantum Fusion Healing represents the integration of multiple healing modalities into a cohesive and personalized approach. The term "Quantum" reflects the use of energy healing techniques that work at a deep, often subtle level, addressing the body, mind, and spirit in a holistic manner. "Fusion" highlights the blending of these energy healing techniques with naturopathy, herbal medicine, and other alternative therapies.

Sarah has over one hundred herbs in her dispensary, along with a variety of essences, homeopathic remedies, and homeobotanicals. She can create a tailor-made Herbal Tonic or Energy Remedy just for you. These, along with any necessary supplements, can be sent anywhere in Aotearoa.
When prescribing supplements, she primarily recommends GE-free, practitioner-only options.
For those outside of New Zealand, Sarah can provide a herbal prescription and recommendations for you to source locally.
